Event-update privacy notice

The event-update form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, and your agreement to receive event texts. You must check the text box to submit this form. Submitting requests both event emails and event texts. We use these details to create or find your Media Lab account in Nexudus and record your event-update choices. After submission, we request an email and text saying each contact detail was added. Both messages include optional links to confirm the details. A new account may also receive a separate account-access email. You do not need to click a link to sign up or update an existing account's event preferences.

We retain a limited signup record to prevent duplicate confirmations and document which notice was shown. We record email and phone confirmation separately in private Nexudus fields. We store keyed hashes, not usable confirmation links, in the signup record. We do not store your account access link or your message-provider credentials in that record. We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Reply STOP to end event texts. Use the unsubscribe link in an event email to end event emails. To correct your contact details or request access or deletion, contact support@ariakon.com. See the separate event text terms and Ariakon's general privacy policy.
